STEP 2: ON SITE MEETING
Next, we schedule a comprehensive site meeting to share creative ideas and address any questions or concerns you might have. This meeting allows us to visually inspect the site, discuss potential design concepts in detail, and identify any site-specific challenges, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the project scope.
STEP 3: DIRECTORS CONSULTATION
Our director will hold a detailed consultation with you to break down our process and clearly explain each step involved. This in-depth session includes outlining our methodologies, timelines, and project management strategies, giving you a transparent view of how we will handle every aspect of your project from start to finish.
STEP 4: ARCHITECT CONNECTION
Expand your living space with a ground-floor extension or add an upper level to introduce new bedrooms, a private master suite, or elevated living areas designed to capture views. From structural integration to weatherproofing and cladding, every element is carefully considered from the outset.
STEP 5: BUDGET BREAKDOWN

We will prepare your initial concept drawings and plans, We will then work on finalising the costs and present you with your Fixed Price Contract.
Council Contracts

Completion
Handover: Alex from Bespoke Construct Tauranga will arrange to meet you at your new home for an official handover, a three-month inspection will be carried out to check both interior and exterior and with our 10-year warranty you will be able to enjoy your new home and all the memories you will make.
