THE NEXT STEP
Our Tauranga building company will prepare your initial concept drawings and plans, or you're welcome to select one of our pre-designed options, subject to suitability of the site. We will then work on finalising the costs and present you with your Fixed Price Contract.
Construction
Once your house build plans have been accepted by Tauranga City Council we will give you a start date and begin with your excavation and foundations. Every project is given the same level of attention throughout the construction phase, with Alex on-site and overseeing all aspects of the build. Our subcontractors understand our expectations of quality in every project we undertake. We will also update you throughout the build process for each stage: floor down / roof on / joinery etc...
